1. Overview

Bhaichara Association is committed to supporting truck drivers across India through welfare services, community programs, digital assistance, membership support, and transporter–driver connectivity. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be allowed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Most of our services are digital, community-based, or welfare-oriented. Therefore, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Membership fees
  • Digital services or documentation support
  • Driver verification services
  • Online assistance or advisory sessions
  • Any service already utilized or processed

Once a service is delivered, processed, or activated, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

Services once requested or processed cannot be cancelled if:

  • The membership has been activated
  • A welfare/digital service has already begun
  • Documents have been verified or submitted
  • Driver–transporter connection services have been used

Cancellation may be permitted only if the request is made before processing begins.

4. Refund Eligibility (Special Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only under the following rare situations:

  • If a paid event, workshop, or activity is cancelled by us
  • If a payment is deducted twice due to a technical error
  • If the user is charged but the service was not initiated at all

All refund decisions are taken on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Bhaichara Association.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Page within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Provide:
    • Your full name and mobile number
    • Transaction ID or payment receipt
    • Reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your case within 7 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet etc.).

6. Processing Time

If approved, refund processing time may take:

  • 3–7 business days for UPI refunds
  • 7–10 business days for bank account refunds

7. No Guarantee of Refund

Refunds are not guaranteed unless they fall strictly under the refund-eligible cases described above. Your understanding is appreciated since most of our services involve human effort, community support, and immediate processing.

8. Changes to this Policy

Bhaichara Association may update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
